Why you should learn about the study of the Nature and it’s Laws ; Physics

Personally , physics showcase a love and hate relationship with me. I believe Science is the most important and essential theory to learn as it explains the various process through a retrospective mindset. The water ,the planet ,heating of objects on rubbing ,energy coming from the sun and the nucleus ,the function of a human body ,the rainbow and many more objects and events taking place around can be deeply explained through science and its laws of physical aspects.

Physics and it’s laws

We expect that all these different events in nature take place according to some basic laws and revealing these laws of nature from the observed events is physics

The Phenomenon taking place in our daily routine varying from the orbiting of the moon around the earth from falling of an apple (from a tree ) or the tides in the sea on a full moon night , can all be explained if we know the newtons law of gravitation and newtons law of motion— physics is comprised of these laws and beyond.

The great physicist Dr RP Feynman has given a wonderful description of what is the “understanding the nature” is; which is that knowing the basic rule is the minimum required if any progress is to be made for any particular process or activity.

Physics deals with the study of the basic laws of nature and it’s manifestation t in different phenomenas. Its basic laws are universal and wildly different in various contacts and conditions

The vast world of physics is researching different components of the nature and it is in fact realistic . No one has been given the authority to print these rules of physics , we only discover them

Namely , some of the famous physicist were Aryabhatta, Newton Einstein or Feynman because from their observations, available at that time, they could guess and frame the laws of physics which is seen about nature and its subsequent elements in a convincing way .

Nature is dynamic so it keeps on changing ;hence it is possible that the observations that were made earlier hold not much importance today , so it is a constantly evolving process .

Fundamental vs derived quantities

The fundamental or base quantities are independent of each other while the derived quantities may be expressed in the terms of the fundamental quantities.

The fundamental quantities include length, mass, time ,electric current, thermodynamic temperature ,amount of substance and luminous intensity.

While the derived quantities include force buoyancy ,velocity ,speed and many more.

World and it’s structures

World is made up of number of particles ; large or small part , though after extensive experimental work it was concluded that the world was made up of just three types of ultimate particles— proton, neutron and electron ;an aggregation of atoms and molecules.

The laws that we generally deduce to microscopic objects are not always applicable to the atoms, molecules ,nuclei or the elementary particles; hence the law is known as classical figure physics dealing with large size elements only.

Concluding ,the scope of physics is wide ; covering a tremendous range of magnitude of physical quantities. Physics , technology and its nature are related to one another . Technology gives rise to new physics and physics generate new technology in presence of the nature . Everything in this process has a direct impact on society making it essential for us as human to learn and know more about the physical elements to get to know more about our world for making it a better place to live !!

Why don’t I feel like exercising?

This question arises my daily dilemma. It’s an universal fact that to live a healthy lifestyle you not only require to eat healthy or be mentally good but to also require to be fit physically.

Sometimes exercising daily becomes too boring and hectic. It also starts feeling as a burden.

What can we do to avoid that ?

Don’t pressurise your self in doing unachievable goals like for a beginner training with a 150lb weight can be pretty much impossible.

Also do not compare your routine with others as every body shape is different and you don’t know what they eat or have.

Hence one should focus on themselves and make small achievable targets as it helps to build that motivation and also on occasional moments, can treat themselves.

You keep your skin clean. You condition your hair. You’re eating right. You’re doing all you can to look and feel great. Then why are you missing out on an important part of a healthier lifestyle?

Benefits per se for a teenager

  • In bookish terms, Exercise helps us to use up oxygen and causes one’s body to burn stored fat for maintaining a normal weight.
  • Daily routine can easily include short span of workouts and is good for your heart health
  • Drinking coffee and eating unhealthy is a daily task for us , hence to avoid high blood pressure and obesity , exercising is a must
  • As a vegan and non dairy consumer, you will require to strengthen your bones somehow, and exercising helps.
  • Got that sunburn from Ashe’s pool party? Don’t worry exercise will help getting that blood circulation in and clear up that complexion
  • Stress and anxiety are literally our middle name , so as to uplift your mood , try exercising (trust me it works )

Tips for feasibility

Try working out with a friend as it helps you to keep yourself and them accountable. In a way you both can achieve your goals more easily and quickly.

Don’t believe in those loose 10 pounds in 10 days videos as it is not true and makes you question yourself and eventually you turn up giving up. Instead set small goals and surely you will be able to see the results

Be aesthetic and buy new and fresh products for exercising as it motivates you and others to be fit and healthy while looking aesthetically pleasing 😉

Hydrate yourself . Eat healthy. Be consistent

Consistency is the key and following these daily habits will result in a good form . Eat and drink good . Therefore stay more motivated,increase your productivity and just lead a healthier life in general

COVID-19 and it’s impacts on digital literacy

These unprecedented times have forced upon us an opportunity of learning online. We as individuals have learnt to master the skill more by spending our extra time at home invested in these shenanigans. Be it attending online school or working from home, the internet has become a major part of our lives. It has helped to connect us globally all around the world and has given us more features to connect us as human beings as a whole.

An example especially in these lockdown times is that , a person working in an NGO can provide its content online and children can gain access to them with the help of computers or laptops easily but then the importance of an internet connection comes in play especially in India as here many rural areas are still deprived of the basic connection. People considering themselves not so tech savvy are also learning new ways on the internet as it has become essential to survive. Many schemes by the government were taken to encourage people to learn about digital literacy and gain perspective to be on the internet.

But how to prevent Internet safety?

  • Laws to be made or that are in the works
  • Don’t post what you don’t want your close friends to see
  • If in doubt, talk and sort out
  • If talking doesn’t work,report!
  • Mange your accounts
  • Stop spreading bulling and not be a bystander in the same.
  • Be polite but not voiceless

The Internet had become a source of entertainment as well as a source of learning new things during the lockdown.

It also gave people a platform to discuss the theories and conspiracies around the origin of COVID-19 and its impact. It also helped in spreading the awareness for the treatment and for the benefit of the patients suffering from the disease. Many social influencers through their platform helped to spread awareness and knowledge about this disease. Hence it is pretty evident that the internet and the power of social media is very much prevalent among the world.

During this pandemic the people who suffered the most were traders and daily wage workers who did not have the opportunity to work on the internet but did manage my work. This lock down deprived them of the idea of doing any physical work so they had to switch their job perspective to a technical one. At first it seemed a difficult task for them to learn how to use the tools of the internet but gradually they got the hang of it. This digital world provided them with the greatest platforms to connect with millions around the world and fostered innovation which created the opportunities that were unimaginable a few years ago.

Workers could do various tasks on the internet and get a lump sum amount for it. This created a channel of transition from manual labour work to a digital one.

Conclusion and what’s in for the future?

Following technical innovation , our world and its future seems to be more on a technical and digital aspect rather than doing stuff manually. Possibilities of flying cars and use of AI In robots seems more achievable than unimaginable.This not only gives the countries the potential to stand globally in RND and making them self-reliant, but it also gives them an opportunity to come together as a whole in changing the world for the better. While the digital literacy skills are important for getting through the situation, that COVID-19 has created, one must also remain sensitive towards the other side too as we cannot completely rely on the internet as it may hamper our abilities as a human being and limit our working of the mind, which is more dangerous than advantageous.

Hence the digital aspect and the physical aspect go hand-in-hand and there should be a balance between them.

Retail therapy: Why are teenagers actively participating in this process?

Retail therapy, elementary is shopping with the primary purpose of improving the buyer’s mood or disposition. Retail therapy is often more associated with clothes and shopping aspects but it also plays a major part in food therapy. “Eating your feelings” is a perfect example of this which means that one will rather fill up their stomach to compensate for their lonely and starving heart than to actually acknowledge their issues and problems.

But “food therapy” can take a turn to a more viscous role as “eating disorder ” , more on this in later blogs.

All that fancy things in life

Being a teenager , retail therapy is evident in most part of our lives. The sudden and vast changes around us , the hardships and high expectations from us , exhaust us in a way that at the end of the day ;we tend to seek a safe spot for us in these materialistic things to avoid that sense of responsibility and burden.

When people think of the benefits of “retail therapy,” escape, entertainment, and rejuvenation are usually at the top of the list,-All the things that an individual who is not yet ready for major responsibilities, but still in transition to become one , craves.

Listening to this track , I ,myself -relate to the part of filling up my the skeletons in my closet rather than addressing them due to the ease of it.

To help cope up with these kind of unrealistic expectations one can ruminatively try therapy or just except the fact that everyone around us and of the same age are going through this all .We are in this together and it is normal to feel like this. One does not need to set high expectations for themselves or not feel the need to complete other’s expectations for them.

We can try and be grateful for all the good things in our life and count it as a blessing to live on this earth with amazing beings all around the globe.

Why June is the “month of pride? It’s significance? What is LGBTQIA+ community all about?

“Love is Love” , starting the origin and the significance of pride month. Every individual is allowed to love who ever they want and not be ashamed or even denied of it. This significant event takes place yearly in the month of June to signify the commencement of it with the Stonewall riots, and ending with champions equal rights for the queer community. Pride is a celebration of identity and a call for tolerance and acceptance, as well as an acknowledgement of the accomplishments of LGBTQ+ individuals throughout history.

In the early morning of June 28, 1969, police raided the space of the LGBT bar “Stonewall Inn” in New York’s Greenwich Village and began dragging everyone into the street for illegal arrest. The tension and the situation escalated due to the fact that LGBT people resisted the arrest and everyone, including ordinary passers-by, began to throw bottles and coins at the officers. The LGBT community in New York, which said “enough” to all decades of government attacks, erupted in riots that lasted for several days.

Lead to the social realisation

The uprising catalyzed the emergence of movements that targeted LGBT rights alongside civil rights organizations and women’s rights movements. They held protests, met with political leaders, and interrupted public homophobic speeches to hold leaders and those in power to account. A year after the Stonewall uprising passed the country’s first march – LGBT pride parades – Prides (Pride).

What is pride?

It’s consciousness of one’s own dignity. ThisThe pride is the promotion of the self-affirmation, dignity, equality and increased visibility of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people as a social group.
Pride, as opposed to shame and social stigma, is the predominant outlook that bolsters most LGBT rights movements. The community not only celebrates with people who are from within it, but also accepts people who are still questioning or with individuals who have recently opened up about their sexuality.In June, the essence of pride is celebrated , the LGBTQIA+ pride.

Pride month is not just a celebration of the LGBTQ+ community but also a means to pay respect to the struggles of the Trans people of color and the victims of the aids epidemic, who paved the way to where we are today pride has a harrowing history full of agony people went through just to be treated with respect and achieve basic human rights, yet we have a long way too go to change people’s mindset and educate others

Why was LGBTQIA+ community is formed?

“Every individual is different” and that can be different sexual orientations , different emotions , different physique , different behaviours and many more . This is easily explained by the LGBTQ Community or the “Lesbian – Gay – Bisexual – Transgender” Community. Human emotions grow differently towards the opposite genders and even at times towards the similar gender. It also gives a special place for individuals to love whoever they want freely,without being judged and along the support of like-minded people

But how does our society perceives this ?

“an individual that should be alienated , an individual that has to be subject to ostracism”. Yes this is how our society perceives it and how it has created a stigma in our society. This stigma, to that extent creates psychological and emotional damage to thier minds. People exclude them from different social groups and celebrations .When people associated with this community voiced their choice they are judged and are looked upon as a stigma in their life. This causes a mental trauma and sense of rejection within them.

How can people who aren’t the part of this community help?

Just simply by showing your support and not judging them whatsoever. Give them space and time to find their true selves and not rushing them into something that they may not feel comfortable talking about yet. Not pressuring them to love someone they don’t feel like and creating a safe space for them to come out when they like. Also supporting and protecting their rights , so as to create a global safe and loved community.

Starting your self love journey

So I was watching one of my favourite YouTubers , Adelaide morin and she touched upon the concept of self love. That to me was very inspiring as we tend to forget about loving ourselves but self-love is the path to grow as an individual more beautifully.

One can start by saying positive affirmations to themselves as in a way it manifests the good things or bad things , which depends on what you feed to your body. One might in a joking way say that “I hate myself ahaha” or “I am so ugly lol”, but it affects your mental health subconsciously. Our body doesn’t understand the difference between sarcasm or reality. So it becomes important to say good things about yourselves.

You can put up sticky notes on your walls or mirrors or wherever you can see them daily filled with positive things about yourselves or good quotes and affirmations which will not only help you to be in a good mood and stay active but also stay productive and not loose focus from your goals.

As one says fake it till you make it no one believe in yourself until you don’t . You will not only feel happy constantly but also attract positivity and like-minded people towards you.

Stop body-shaming others even if you do it as a joke. You reflect your behaviour on others which makes you insecure about yourself . Also start eating healthy cause what you put in you body affects you physically but also mentally and you are what you eat , so eat something which makes your mind and body , both happy.

Also do what makes you happy like stay hydrated, workout or just take walk around the block and immerse yourself in nature . Anything which releases serotonin, do it.

Why blogging is better than social media?

Needless to say Internet has become one of the major aspects in our life and influences our lifestyle on a daily basis. One of it’s greater part is social media, though sometimes it can be destructive in disguise. Social media apps like Facebook,Instagram,Snapchat and more, although helps us to connect with people around the world but it can be toxic . This is due to the daily posting, judgments passed on the basis of looks or aesthetics and the pressure to be perfect .

We should not compare ourselves with other people or create a persona that will make them like us. Instead we should be happy with who we are and should believe in ourselves. You don’t need to be pretentious to be loved. Be yourself and if they do not like it , it will not matter because someone else will. Find joy in little things, travel to your favourite places and most importantly do whatever you want(legally ;*)

Therefore social media tends to become toxic and starts taking a poll on one’s mental health. But there are some sites which allow people to connect with their like-minded without causing any pressure mentally. These sites include Reddit,Tumblr,Wordpress,blogger and many more offline media sites which does allow our content to reach people but at a lower intensity and also due to the fact that these sites are less popular. Hence it becomes easy to post whatever one likes.

In the case of blogging , one can write down what they feel like starting a food blog or publishing their journal publicly or just jotting down random thoughts which come to their heads. I personally started to blog due to some questions and topics on various subjects arising in my mind and snippets of ideas coming to my mind , so I thought to publish them to connect with people who felt the same way.

It also helps us to gain knowledge about real life things through other people’s perspective and helps our mind to constantly read and learn about new things.

Also a blog gives the idea of your personality and one’s ideology of how they think or feel whereas social media like Instagram provides the idea of your looks and persona which can be faked. Hence blogs truly helps us connect with people who are interested and attracted to our minds not our looks .

17 things before 17


So my birthday month is about to end and I thought what better way to end it than reminiscing about it. It has became an universal thing to be sad on birthdays in general , I think because we tend to have a nostalgia of our earlier and happier times and we start comparing it to our recent situations . Also the overwhelming surprises and lavishing parties of our early childhood tends to make us feel a little depressed about our present one.

My birthday this year was very sad due to the fact that no one came to it (because of quarantine,not because I am a loner :*) , hence it didn’t felt like a special day that it was supposed to. I had an evening breakdown and was really in a weird state of mind partially because of the fear of growing up and the fact that I didn’t want to let go of my childhood and grow on to the path of adulthood. But eventually we all have to grow up so I thought to make a list of seventeen things I accomplished before turning seventeen years old to feel a little better about my self
